By using FreeArtGen (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.
What the Service is
FreeArtGen is a free, no-account AI image and video generator. You type a prompt, we send it to a third-party inference provider (Fal AI), and return the result to your browser. We do not store the generated image or video on our infrastructure — outputs live on Fal’s CDN and expire after a short period. Download anything you want to keep.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate content that:
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way
- Promotes violence, self-harm, or terrorism
- Constitutes a deepfake of a real, identifiable person without their consent
- Includes hate speech or targeted harassment of any individual or group
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
We run automated keyword filtering before every generation. Violations may result in your IP being rate-limited or blocked without notice.
Rate limits
The Service is free and rate-limited to 5 image generations and 1 video generation per IP address per hour. Automated scripting, scraping, or any attempt to circumvent rate limits is prohibited.
Your outputs
Images and videos you generate are yours for personal and experimental use. We make no claim of ownership over outputs. Check the licensing terms of the underlying model before using outputs commercially.
No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, output quality, or continued availability. The Service may be modified, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeArtGen and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
